Mummy bought a new toy for me, the Wii bottle holder.
And I’m really becoming good at holding the bottle.
Please note for future reference that I’m only 11 weeks old !
Aren’t I the best ? 😉

I can even do it with NO HANDS 😉

Pépé Richard came to visit today.
We went for lunch at Bastille and guess who we was there  ….

FATHER CHRISTMAS !  Yes it’s true – I don’t know precisely what he was doing there, but we did see him !
(Well actually Pépé, Daddy and Mummy spoke to him while I was sleeping).

Since I left the maternity, each time we have gone out Mummy and/or Daddy prepare a bottle of milk called “Le biberon” and Mummy has always in her bag another sealed bottle from the stack Julie gave us called “Le biberon de secours” (In case of emergency bottle).

Mummy seems to be very found of the “just in case” concept.

Until today we had only used once “Le biberon” and that was in the British Embassy; and NEVER the famous “Biberon de secours”.
But today is a special day, as I had my “Biberon” at Granny’s, and coming home from Ikea I was starving.
So Mummy gave me the “Biberon de secours” in Granny’s car.
And I was happy !

Mummy told me that IKEA  stuff was crappy, but can be useful sometimes – especially to get kitchen stuff and Christmas decorations.

Well I don’t care what Mummy says about Ikea cuz I loved it.
I just couldn’t stop looking at everything … all the lights and color.

I think Mummy & I might have given Granny the best surprise ever.
Granny was very annoyed at Mummy, cuz she never goes to St Germain to see her at her “lovely home” blablabla.
Well when we arrived at first Granny thought Mummy was alone. Granny did not have a happy face.
But as soon as she saw me … everything changed.

Granny showed me all around her house, and what she called MY ROOM. (formerly called Auntie Emma’s room).
And I think I’m going to love coming here.
Lots of room to play, the St Germain castle just in front of Granny’s house, a lift (!!!!! that’s so cool), and most important my GRANNY !

Today we are suprising Granny, and going to see her in St Germai – that’s outside Paris.
Mummy and I took a cab.
I was looking through the car window at all the new things I had never seen. Forest, Motorway …

Special private joke for Granny
Mummy told me not to be scared, that we were going back to  the civilisation (aka. Paris) tonight.

My Christmas stocking is finally finished.  HURRAY !!
Please note for future reference that at 11 weeks old I’m a big longer than the stocking.

Mummy went out all afternoon without me.

And Daddy is Jamesitting.

And guess what ? Daddy took 5 pictures … HURRAY !

Mummy has been cutting out letters all day.
When is it going to be finished?

Daddy has a really weird conception of Christmas caroling.

I’ve just realised that we have disco Christmas lights !
Mummy was right ! Christmas rocks !

Ok, I know I’m going to be glad to have a Christmas stocking.
But how many more is Mummy going to make?

I’m bored, and want a cuddle NOW !

This morning, Mummy went out to get everything to make me a Christmas stocking. Once again Daddy took no pictures while Mummy was out – BOO HOO x 2!

While Mummy was preparing the Christmas stocking bonanza, I stayed quiet playing and sleeping with my bunny rabbit.

I just laughed. A few minutes ago we were speaking with Granny.
Mummy was telling Daddy about my adventures with Marilou, and POP I giggled.

Today is a great day. It’s today the we are getting the Christmas tree. Well I don’t know exactly what a Christmas tree is, but Mummy has said it’s great and I believe what Mummy says.

So we went for a big walk all around the Marais to find the perfect tree.

After we went to the BHV to get some Christmas presents. Daddy took me it his arms to show the world how cute I am to everybody 😉

Talk about inspiration!
A magical instant of pure heaven.

Look at me! My mummy can concentrate on taking pictures, write my blog … cuz I am self-sufficient now!

Father Christmas is the best. It did not take long, before he replied to my email.

Granny suggested I should open this when I’m old enough to read it, cuz after all it is my own private letter from Father Christmas. So it’s now being put away until … hold on … when will I know how to read?

… and James loves Mummy

Only after 3 days of neck exercices …

I can lift head, Turn on ONE hand !

Ok I only stayed until 3am ..
Ok my parents were so tired that there aren’t any pictures to testify my accomplishment …

But YES I did sleep in my room for 4 hours !

Ok so now that I sleep all night long without interuption, Mummy has decided to make me use my bed in my room.
So today I napped twice in my little room … I actually liked it.

Today Mummy help me write a letter to Father Christmas …

I hope he gets it in time so he knows where I live !

Since a god my play mat I just love to exercice my neck … because Mummy has explained it’s the first step to walking.

1/ Lift my head up

2/ Turn my head … Left … Center … Right … Center etc…

At 2 month old I CAN

  • Watch & Follow. I really enjoy looking at my mobile.
  • Smile back at you
  • Hold my dummie with the back of my hand
  • Hold my head up
  • Let my parents have a good night’s sleep
  • and have even longer Baby Talks !

Mummy & I have a new game.
Mummy says “I love you” to me, and I say “iiiiiiiiii aaaaaaa” back to her.
So this morning while we were waiting at the doctor’s we played the I love James game.

Today my parents woke me up ! I can’t believe it !!

I went to bed at 12:30am and stayed asleep until I heard Mummy & Daddy say “Wake up James!”
at … 8:00am !!
My parents seemed so happy to have to wake me up.
I might do that again 😉
